Why this exists

Every independent operator knows the cycle. Very few tools are built for the week you are too busy to use them.

Leadhabit started as a private tool. The problem it was built for is the one every freelancer, consultant and small agency recognises: business development is the first thing dropped when work gets busy, and the consequence arrives a quarter later when it is too late to fix quickly.

The work that fills your calendar is the first thing to go when your calendar is full.

Most tools built for this problem attack it with volume — automate the outreach, send more, hope conversion holds. That trades your reputation and your account for efficiency, and it does not work as well as its marketing claims.

The alternative is boring and effective: a small routine, kept daily, that surfaces the right people while the moment is still live. Ten minutes is the design constraint, because ten minutes survives a bad week and ninety minutes does not.

What we will not build

No auto-connect. No message sequences. No background scraping. Those features would sell, and they would make the product worse at the thing it is for. The full position is here.

What else we make

We also run TaskWhole — turn the work you repeat into steps you can tick, and send cold email from your own mailbox with follow-ups that become due rather than firing on their own.

Start the habit this week.

Install it, run one search, and save five people. That is the whole first session.
