Free Chrome extension for LinkedIn

The best time to warm a lead is before you need one.

Most prospecting happens in a panic, three weeks after the pipeline went quiet. Leadhabit turns LinkedIn into a ten-minute daily pass: save the people worth talking to, hide the noise for good, and follow up before the thread goes cold.

No account needed. Works on your feed, searches, and profiles.

Why pipelines go quiet

Feast, then famine, then panic.

The work that fills your calendar is the first thing to go when your calendar is full. Three months later you are starting from nothing again.

01

You get busy

Delivery takes the whole week. Prospecting is the thing you will get to on Friday, and then next Friday.

02

The pipeline empties

Nothing looks wrong until a project ends. By then the people who might have hired you moved on months ago.

03

You start cold

Now you are messaging strangers under pressure, which reads exactly like what it is. The pitch lands badly.

How it works

Ten minutes, once a day.

Leadhabit lives inside LinkedIn. There is no dashboard to remember and no data to import.

Triage the feed

Save the posts worth answering with one click. Hide the noise — and it stays hidden on every future search.

Warm on a schedule

Give a lead a follow-up date and it appears in Due on the day. No reminders to set elsewhere.

Never lose the thread

Every lead keeps the post that started it, the search that found them, and your note about why they mattered.

The warmth scale

Every lead has a temperature.

Cold is where everyone starts. The rest of the stages are yours — rename them, recolour them, delete the ones you do not use. The colour follows the lead everywhere: on the card, in the filters, and across the searches that produced them.

A search producing plenty of saves but no movement is a search worth rethinking. Leadhabit shows you that without you having to count.

What you get

Built for triage, not for admin.

Save from anywhere

Feed, content search, or straight from a profile. Company pages too, with the right link every time.

Auto-hide rules

Drop promoted posts, company pages, or anything matching your keywords before it ever reaches your eyes.

Follow-ups that surface

Set a date, forget it, and find the lead waiting in Due on the morning it matters.

Templates that fill themselves

Write once with placeholders for their name, headline, post, and group. Preview against a real lead before you copy.

Groups and bulk actions

Sort by client, campaign, or offer. Move fifty leads to a new stage in one go.

Search memory

Every lead remembers the search that found them, so you can tell which queries actually produce conversations.

Safe by design

It never touches your LinkedIn account.

The tools that get people restricted are the ones that click for you. Leadhabit does not.

No automation, ever

No auto-connect, no auto-messaging, no background scraping. Nothing is sent on your behalf and no lead is marked contacted unless you mark it.

Your pipeline, portable

Export every lead to CSV or a full JSON backup whenever you like, and delete your account and its data in one action. Leaving is a button.

Start local, sync when you want

The free extension keeps everything in your own browser with no account at all. Turn on sync and your leads follow you between machines.

Read the responsible use policy and the privacy page.

Questions

Before you install.

Does Leadhabit send messages for me?

No, and that is deliberate. It never sends a connection request or a message on your behalf, and it never marks a lead as contacted unless you say so. Automated outreach breaks LinkedIn’s terms and reads like a bot to the person receiving it. Leadhabit does the remembering; you do the talking.

Where is my data stored?

On the free plan, in your own browser — there is no account and nothing is uploaded. Turn on sync and your leads are stored on our servers, encrypted in transit and at rest, so they follow you between machines. Either way you can export everything to CSV or JSON at any time, and delete it in one action.

Is it really free?

The extension is free and stays free — unlimited leads, on one browser, with no account. Paid plans add sync across devices, cloud backup, and reply-rate reporting. See pricing.

Do I need LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator?

No. Leadhabit works on the ordinary LinkedIn you already have — your feed, content search, and profile pages.

How is this different from a CRM?

A CRM assumes you already have the contact. Leadhabit is about the step before: noticing the right person in a feed of noise, capturing why they mattered, and coming back to them on a schedule. See Leadhabit vs a CRM.

Will this get my LinkedIn account restricted?

It should not. Leadhabit does not automate any action on LinkedIn and does not collect data in the background — it reads what is already on your screen and stores your own notes. Read the responsible use policy for the full position.

Install it, run one search, and save five people. That is the whole first session.
