Follow-up planner
Most people follow up three times in a week or never at all. This spaces the touches far enough apart that each one can carry something new.
What goes in each touch
Never “just bumping this.” Each follow-up needs a reason to exist that is about them: something you read, something that changed, something you can answer. If you cannot think of one, the date was too soon.
When to stop
Three useful touches with no response means the timing is wrong, not that a fourth will work. Move them to a dormant status and revisit in six months. The list is not scarce; your reputation is.
More in following up without being a pest.
Start the habit this week.
Install it, run one search, and save five people. That is the whole first session.
